Delete your InkCraft account

The steps are the same on Android and iPhone:

1. Open InkCraft and tap the gear icon at the top left to open Settings.
2. Scroll down to Account Actions and tap Delete Account.
3. Tap Continue, type DELETE in capitals, then tap Delete.

You don't need to reinstall it. Email hello@inkcraftapp.com with the subject “Delete my account” and include your nickname or User ID.

Within 30 days, we delete your account and the data associated with it from our servers. We keep only a counter for your device that limits free use, which is not linked to your account, and the purchase records we must keep for accounting.

Subscriptions are billed and recorded by Google Play or the App Store, not by us, so deleting your account does not cancel one. Cancel it there:

• Android: open Google Play, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
• iPhone: open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
