Terms of Service

Welcome to InkCraft. By accessing or using our website at inkcraftapp.com or the InkCraft mobile app (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

1. Who We Are

InkCraft is a tattoo visualisation and design tool that lets you preview tattoo designs on your own photos and generate custom designs using AI. The Service is provided by the InkCraft team ("we", "us", "our").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or guardian's permission.

3. Your Account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that violates the rights of third parties (copyright, privacy, publicity rights).
• Upload photos of people other than yourself without their clear consent.
• Use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, threatening, hateful, or sexually explicit involving minors.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract data or models from the Service.
• Use automated tools to access the Service in a way that imposes unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of photos you upload and designs you create. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not use your photos to train AI models. Photos uploaded for the web try-on are processed transiently and not retained (see our Privacy Policy for details).

6. Our Intellectual Property

The InkCraft app, website, logo, and the pre-built design library are our property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without our written permission.

7. Subscriptions and Credits

Paid features (subscriptions and credit packs) are described in the app at the time of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Credit purchases are non-refundable except where required by law. Apple App Store and Google Play purchase terms also apply to purchases made through those platforms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the visualisations are accurate representations of how a real tattoo will look; always consult a professional tattoo artist before making permanent decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, with or without notice.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
