- How far down the calf should the design go?
- Either stop well above the collar of the boots you wear most or carry the design down to the ankle deliberately. A lower edge sitting just above a boot top looks cut short whenever you wear them; a clear gap, or a design that continues past the collar, looks planned.
- Does the inner calf suit a small tattoo?
